Hello, This is yet to be implemented in the new sky object. The way I get around this is to use 2 sky objects. One for a reference (the old sky) set to hidden and the other (the new sky) for rendering. I hope that helps.

May I ask what is the improvement in the new corona sky vs. old?
Does it help with render times? It may be faster to set up with one less material to deal with but that's marginal at best.
I seem to get the same results with either method.

The new sky allows you to have multiple environments for lightmix, not possible without it (so now you can have a noon, evening and nighttime sky in the same scene, with three suns one for each, and render once and get three different times of day).
