hello
i got new problem. i got corona sphere light in the scene. on the first pic light is over the model of lamp - its seems to be ok. but on second pic light is in lamp model behind the grill and its produce white dots. have you someone idea how why and how can it be solved?

i made simple test scen with two lights - one is closer to the corner and produce significantly more noise. i think its the same problem? too small angle - too small number rays hits the wall?

ok, problem solved (or, rather just explained). The noise is not from direct illumination, but from indirect one. You can confirm by checking the render elements. The problem is that the burnt wall spots when light is close are themselves a source of illumination for the rest of the scene. You can control the noise by lowering MSI.
