Yeah and from the same brand, X-Rite. Tac7 scanner, only yours for 200k + Euro ;- ). (So can VrScanner, very much dead, very much no interest from Corona team to bring support either).
Albedo alone (both diffuse and specular) can be measured by numerous other smaller scanners though with similar spectrometers but they don't capture textures of any sort, they're used for measuring just the color of plastics, car paints,etc.. And not gloss, just specular reflection intensity and color.
Cross-polarized photometric stereo technique gives approximation of Albedo that's good enough for textures, but not for glossy surfaces like plastics and metals. It can't capture gloss/roughness.
There are some new algorithms that only need single cellphone with flash photo for full albedo/normal/gloss approximation, not sure if they are downloadable some of them were already presented on Siggraph 2 years ago. I think they were, but expect command line executable.
