Good afternoon, on this day, when I tried to render, the crown began to write to me, I have problems with the entrance. This message is written to me - Activation limit was reached for this account. Either you have activated too many computers recently, or your license expired. Please contact our technical support at support@corona-renderer.com if you believe this is a mistake.
I use a student license on a computer at the university and haven’t activated it anywhere else, no one worked with two PCs at the same time, I can’t write to the support service because I get an error - there is no right to access this resource, please help me!

What error do you get on emailing the support email address? Licensing normally has to be discussed person to person, as some of the info you might not be able to share on public forums, so writing to that email address would be the best way to go :)

I can’t enter this support section, I entered my mail and registered me, but I didn’t need to enter a password there, but asks for a password when I enter, if I try to reset the password to a new one, it says - You are not authorized to access this portal. Kindly contact your helpdesk administrator.

Yes, you can use support@corona-renderer.com email instead.
The helpdesk portal requires a separate registration (just like the forum). You cannot use your existing Customer Zone account details.
