Can you please show a rendering with no denoiser? Right now it is hard to tell what is noise, what is denoiser artifacts, and what is expected.
Maybe this can help you?

first unchecked emit light in corona light material for sky , halogen , loster , ...
unchecked  ies and thay are just normal corona light
delete the environment and delete the sky portal and create a blue corona light for night shading for every windows
you see noise gone...
my opinion corona need to be upgrade.
