Hi,

Are you using the latest Corona version which is v4 Hotfix 1. There were some crashes which were fixed in this version.

If the crash is still happening in this version please can you send through your scene so we can investigate?

Instructions on how to do this using our private uploader are in my signiture.

Thanks,

Rowan

PS: Please only report issues in one place otherwise it gets really confusing for us.

Hi,

Can you provide some more information, are you rendering with production or IR? And is there something specific that you are doing to reproduce the crash?

Unfortunately I am unable to reproduce the crash with your scene so far.

Could you also provide your system specifications too?

Thanks,

Rowan

Specs:

WiN 10 PRO i think the last updated version
Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro
AMD Ryzen 2 2700x (not OC)
GTX 1080 Gygabite version (not OC)
16GB Kingstone HyperX Predator 3000ghz
1TB HDD Seageat Barracuda
500GB SSD WD green
Corsair 750W+ gold

The program and the project file also in the ://D disk it has 150GB free space
My ://C drive has only 10gb free disc space

I just linked the FBX file and started to add some material from the material library and from my own texture collection. I used both render the standard and the interactive one, but boths of them crassed after 1-2 minits.

Hi,

I am still unable to reproduce this crash, is it possible for you to send me a screencapture video of what you are doing to make the crash occur?

Thanks,

Rowan

Hi,

Are your graphics drivers up to date? Secondly can you try disabling the fast preview denoiser?

Thanks,

Rowan

No crashes here either. FBX is known to be problematic, so can you try removing all linked FBX assets and rendering again? Does it crash too?
We will also check your minidump.

Hi,

It looks like you removed the video of the crash happening. Would it be possible for you to re-upload it?

Thanks,

Rowan
