Hi there.
i have been trying to make a realistic shader for caramel...
and i couldnt get the feel.. would anyone here could help me and guide me.

My advice:
- Make sure your mesh is detailed enough
- Set up a simple material with no SSS effects, with more or less accurate reflectivity
- Set up lighting similar to what will be used in the end
- Only then start tweaking the SSS properties
Please post what you are getting, and based on that, it should be easier to advise further.

In those examples, caramel looks more like a molten glass and not something edible. Especially in the last one.

Hi, the caramel material in Corona Material Library is not sufficient? Not even as a start point?
