Hi all,

I have a project with a number of colours for a fabric, the new CoronaSelect is perfect for it but only allows up to 24 slots per material, with apparently more able to be unlocked through maxscript???

Not quite sure what that means or how to do it? I need around 120 slots per material really.

Can anyone help :)

Slate material editor gives you access to 100 slots. If you need more, you can nest multiple CoronaSelect materials/texmaps.

Oh excellent thank you, I didn't think of trying slate... Old school, stuck in my ways.

I'd ideally like to avoid nesting as it's going to be an animated change and i'm not 100% sure on how to do it... If there is a way of getting 150 slots that would be ideal.

Hi,

We have updated our helpdesk page with some instructions on how to access the SelectMaterial/Map through Maxscript.

It can be found: https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/12000057928

Currently there is a limit of 100 textures/materials.

Please let me know if you have any further questions

Thanks,

Rowan

Oh that's great thank you!

I will figure out a way to get all 120 items I need to render I'm sure.  Much appreciated.
