Castle visualization experience

Hello, colleagues!
Today I will have very exiting meeting about start of the recreation ancient castle in my town. They will need a visualization for start and for attracting investors. I tried to Google and found very few and poor castle renderings. Behance search shows nothing. Did any of you have such kind of experience?
Whad difficulties will I face while this project?
At the moment I have old floor plans, old 1900-something photos, and modern photos which show just walls and substructure left.
