Hi guys,

Is it correct that adaptive light solver is OFF by default in v4 when opening old scenes from v2?

Should we turn it on? Guessing it can only help speed things up?

Cheers,

It is on to keep images consistent with the previous results (e.g. if you are re-rendering some frames of an animation).
If you are rendering something "new", so you do not need your shots to look identical to the ones from V3 or older, you can enable it, yes. It should only improve speed and quality, and if it does not, please report it to us. :)
