New to Corona, How to save exr with all elements like vray?

Hi,
I just saw few tutorial that they convinced me to move to corona render especially light control tool.
But I'm trying to move all my stuff to corona, and I found some problem in VFB, how to save my last render history as an .EXR file in order to open in photoshop and make postproduction?
