Hi, there!

I was trying to do a render study from a real picture, and found this tv cabinet is kinds like high polish wood, I tried the setting for reflection 1, frensel for 6, but seems doesn't looks like this.

And also the legs of the cabinet is kinds of like fabric glass with the section is a little green.

Anyone could help me how to set the materials?

I think we will need to see the original reference and the results you are getting. Otherwise it is hard to understand what the issue is.

Why would you set the fresnel to 6? That seems too high—this isn't a metal you're trying to mimic. I would keep it at the default value. I would also add a bit of noise to the bump in order to give that slightly wavy appearance to the reflection. Set the reflection glossiness to something like .9, and adjust the reflection color as needed.
