Virtual Tour

I was looking for some program to make Virtual Tour, maybe free. What do you recommend?

It would help to know what kind of hardware and software you would like to use - phone, pc, mac, ios, browser, headset?

the first link I had already seen, but I did not understand how to use it ...
the second I had not seen it.

I have to enter the virtual tour within an interned site of another user. I would deal only with the render and the max of the virtual tour assembling.
