So you look at my attachment image..
too many white spot at my image ? so what this solution.. ?
Can you help me,
i'm use HDRI at my Environment and Sphere IES .

I have the same problem but how i decide it.
Too high light value, correct exposure control.
Thats all.

I had a similar problem in a scene with (my error...) two sphere corona light with a radius of 0. Don't remember if they were on or off, think on. I've solved it by deleting the zero radius lights. Check this.
