Hi all.

Is there a way in Corona to cast/view the VFB on a headset like the Go or GearVR?

When creating 360s I need to render the image, save the image, put the image on the device, load the image, edit the VR (camera height etc).........Repeat

It would be good if I could connect the headset to the PC and link the interactive VFB.

That way I can modify what I want in VR.

It would save so much time.

Thanks

There was a similar question on the forum half a year ago. Not much info there, but might be worth to take a look: https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php?topic=20498.msg127580#msg127580

Thanks.

Tried to get the trial.

Chrome wouldn't download it because there was a virus threat.

Firefox downloaded it.  I ran a scan with Windows defender and got a severe threat warning (Trojan:Win32/Dynamer!ac).   Malwarebytes didn't pick anything up.

Have contacted the company.

No chance I'm installing it yet :0

I started that original thread.  YVR worked well for me.  I got similar warnings during install and also told the company.  They said they were going to fix it, so that’s a little odd it still kicks the same warnings.

I can’t say it’s totally safe but I never saw any direct repercussions from installing it and the viewport pano feature was quite nice.

Best of luck,
Daniel
