OptiX denoiser does not support SLI/NVLINK. I am just not sure if it means that it will not work at all, or if it will use only 1 GPU (think the latter). We haven't tested it on multi-GPU system yet.
Anyway, the benefit should be negligible. Even with a single mid grade GPU, the denoising is instant.
