Well, this is interesting.
I attached an image for better explanation. Basically, I have two objects, a glass panel and a wood panel. Glass at front, wood at behind. As you can see when I render them seperately, they're fine. But when I render them together there's a weird darker ring around lights. Objects are not intersecting either. I can't think a decent reason may cause this. So I assume it's either a bug or a glitch.

The glass has hybrid glass, right?

yea, i was just gonna post this, after i changed it to solid, this glitch(or not?) disappeared.

this is a known problem that cannot be unfortunately easily fixed. It is already logged somewhere else in the forum
