Hi everyone!! I'm new here so I just had a look at some posts to see if my problem was already solved and I found something, I tried to follow the istruction and it didn't work.

I'm using 3dsMax 2017 with Corona 1.5 Hotfix2 on master pc and 1 slave. When I send a job to the Backburner the error says "Autodesk 3dsMax 19.0 reported error: Render Error (Initializing Renderer)".

I've already checked the software and plugins versions, and licenses. I've re installed 3dsMax and Corona. The backburner seems to not recognize Corona as a renderer.

Please help me!

Is there some specific reason why you are using such an ancient version of Corona? Can you try with the newest v2 or wait a bit for v3? https://corona-renderer.com/download/
Can you share full BB log? https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/3ds-max/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-find-and-analyze-your-backburner-error-logs.html
Do you have 3ds Max and Corona installed on both PCs, and Corona license active?
