Hello everyone!

I'm experiencing problems with Corona Round Edges in 3DS Max. The version is 1.7
It seems doesn't work at all; I simply connect the Map with the material and nothing happens.

Anyone could help me?

Thank you in advance for your attention

Could you share a screen grab of your material set up, so we can be sure it is set up correctly? Or sharing the scene, that would be good too if possible. Is this on every object, or in one particular scene, etc?

Thank you for yuor reply,
here I attach a zip folder with the .max file and the map I used.
You will see a filled edges module in 3DS, as I want it appears in final render, and a simple module to apply the Round Edges.
I tried to modify by increasing or decreasing the value of radius, but nothing happened.

Thank you for your help.

Round Edges is working in the scene - the material however is mostly Diffuse, where the difference is barely noticeable, which would be expected. Rounding the edges is most prominently visible on reflective surfaces, as those catch highlights, so the result in your scene as set up is as expected; it's working, but with a material like that, you wouldn't see a lot of difference (same with if the geometry was actually chamfered)

I adjusted the material to have high reflectance just so you can see it is working as expected; rounding of edges, either via shader or via geometry, won't show up a lot on diffuse materials. The images are round edges off, round edges on, and the material set up used; no changes were made to the Round Edges map itself, so it is doing the same rounding with your material, just that with it being almost pure diffuse, the difference is (as expected) not very visible.

Hope this helps!

You're incredible, the best answer anyone could ever given!
Thank you so much for having figured out the issue.

I appreciate and I'll set like you did.

Best regards
