Hi,

I noticed, Saturday and Sunday replies are very slow, sure its off there but we are open these days, we are off on Friday.
If a small job in process on Thursday, Friday we are off, Saturday Sunday you are off.... means Monday I will get replies and job will be done....!

Any way to get in touch from corona team in off days...?

Thanks.

Jokes aside... Imran, we might be able to look through the forums once in a while during the weekend, but there's really no guarantees. So usually you'll have to wait until Mondays, I'm afraid :-(

Thanks Houska, that's fine if you look through the forum on weekend... and hope it will be replied if important.

Yeah, our office hours are Mo-Fri 10:00 - 18:00 CET (with ~1 hour margin let's say) - https://corona-renderer.com/about/contact

Forum is always the "less official" contact channel - we can't guarantee answering in any specific time.

Support (support@corona-renderer.com or https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new) is the official channel. In 99% cases we respond in 24 hours at most, and in 99% of those cases it's just a few minutes :)

The work that the developers are doing with Corona is very important
I am very happy with the rendering engine.
Usually when I ask a question and it's a weekend, I'll answer
on Monday, because everyone's day of rest must be respected .... days to recharge
the batteries.
I think there must be a balance in everything.
1. The forum is very clear, Corona is in constant development and may present faults
For this reason, precautions should be taken.
For my part, I use Beta 1, which is the most stable.

2. Now, if I defend the developers, I am also on the side of those who
We are in this forum, and I think that we should build the answers with more respect
to the users, since we have all decided to use Corona and we are the first
in buying the render engine when it comes out, we are the potential customers.

Everything with the balance

I understand what you are saying, Ozwald, and you are completely right - all the forum users have our utmost respect as our potential future customers.

That said, I have to emphasize the fact that Eddoron is not a Corona employee or in any other way affiliated with us (other than posting on the forums, of course...).

Cleaned the thread, please try to keep the discussion at a sensible level. I think all the answers have already been delivered.

Eduard, please tone down a bit.
