So i found this 8 year old autocad drawing i did when i finished refurbishing my first apartment back in 2010.
As 95% of all my other spare time projects this one didn't got any further than the modelling stage.

I have decided to go down nostalgia avenue, and finalize this project.

The modelling was decent autocad quality (= shit) so i've spend a couple days remodelling what needed to be remodelled.

I will have all interior as it was in real life, but funiture will be a bit different (I had a shitty taste in decor)

Look will be as close to natural as possible.

To-do:

1. Finalize all modelling construction and details.
2. finalize materials, and go over all of them in the end.
3. furnishing the place.
4. think of a way to use it. still images/animation/something crazy.

this is where i'm at so far

Thanks guys, Time to get back to this project.

Nice work!

What Software do you use for post?

Just 3ds max and corona, and  then the 5ds LUT Dubcat uploaded in his thread. So everything straight from the framebuffer.
Perhaps i gave it a chromatic aberration in post, dont remember ...

Balcony is starting to take shape 8-)

Concrete wall needs work.

And i'm a bit uncertain if there was bricks on the wall with the windows, or if it was some polymer composite tiles.

polymer composite tiles could give a cool shitte look to it though. I'm gonna go with plaster tiles.

Cloooooooser....

Final things to take care of before moving onto surrounding buildings/environment

*Fix gaps here and there.
*Rough up the concrete top part - Too smooth right now. It had a few small chunks missing here and there.
*The rubber edge thing around the windows/door
*A lot more variation to the bricks
*A bit of scattered pebbles, twigs, dirt (Because the F***** pigeons always wanted to build a nest on my balcony #ยค%!"@)
*Spiderweb in the corners here and there could be cool too! :D

Slowly started to add the surrounding buildings.
