Somebody help! I have problem with Self-illuminated Material And Corona Light Material. They appear black in Glass Refraction. Please see the attached image.

3Ds Max 2016, Corona 2.0

Ya same problem with a large concourse in hospital and lots of linear lights

Have you tried the "thin glass" option in the refraction settings?

We're interested in checking this. It looks like a known problem with light transport (https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000516180) but kind of exaggerated.
Could be the directionality parameter in the light though.
