I am rendering an animation as a jpeg sequence over the network to 10 nodes. For some reason 2 of the nodes are producing a flicker on a piece of geometry. All the other computers are doing fine. I have triple checked that there is not co-planer geometry and am 100% sure it is not the problem. Has any one ran into this and what was the fix? Thank you for all your help!

Can you post two of those frames/crop, a correct one and a faulty to see the difference at that specific spot?

And is some geometry made of extruded splines? What happens quite frequently is that shapes with multiple splines get randomly extruded wrongly/differently on different nodes if they are directly side by side.

Best would be to post a 1s clip with the issue to better judge if it's a render problem or geometry.

Good Luck

It's probably too late, but have you managed to solve this problem?
Were you using UHD Cache with "animation" preset? Have you tried with path tracing only?
If the issue is still valid, then I am afraid we would have to take a look at the scene to understand it.
