Hi Key
I just met this bug:
I've got object driven by attachment constraint constrained to animated character.
When I turn on the geometry motion blur max crashes during parsing scene without saying bye bye..
I tried to create and use point cache on the character, it didn't help.
When I don“t use attachment constraint, everything works properly.
There are several workarounds so it did'nt destroyed my workflow but I thought you might want to know about that ;-)

Edit: I did a small research and found that this problem appears only when the driving object is deforming (like skin, morpher or so modifier)
When you animate only transforms, it is ok.

I attached a simple scene, try out when you want to shot down max :)

I've fixed a similar bug, and this scene seems to be working with the newest build (and crashes with A5), so I assume it is already fixed
