What is it we're looking at here?

Without knowing the scene, I bet it's missing a portal.

Rays/s is not a render setup option, it's render statistics. You can see it in virtual frame buffer when rendering is in progress or after it is stopped.
I'm not Corona Team member. Everything i say, is my personal opinion only.

What I should have asked is, how have you lit your scene?

€5 on the portal or wrong lighting

Edit: @ iacdxb: please don't ask how many rays.

ahhhh... you asked light and replies render....! wow, last day was with full mess. But anyhow... fixed.

It was product stand all side open (I dont think need portal) full black (matt and glossy) and every shelf with inner light, in that I used light material which I think was causing noise... and somehow material was also a bit wrong in that....!

I hope its clear now... what your suggestion.

Yep, I've looked at your file and have fixed it. The directionality of the light was set to bounce back on itself which I don't think is all that necessary in this case. Switching it to .5 (even) made for an acceptably denoised image.
