hello all guys, I have a problem with the rendering that I do not understand ... I launched a rendering at a higher resolution (3600x2400) than I had done (1920x1080). how is it that in 10 hours spent just made 11 steps ??? it's very strange all this. does anyone have an idea?

Thanks in advance

you should write your config, it seams you have only 16gb and 21kk poly is too much, so your pc using 24gb virtual memory at hdd and it is very slow that why cpu is idle. Try to optimize displacement if you using it, use low memory option and you can try to disable VFB it's save memory a bit

My first ideas would be:
1) 3ds Photometric light (as Ondra suggested)
2) Running out of RAM - what's your installed and used RAM?
