I'm new to the Forum and new to Corona and am not even sure if my problem is a Max problem or a Corona one.

The attached image is a hand-made (i.e. by me) fabric, so nothing scanned, I created the masks that define the threads and the desired pattern. I can reconfigure this type of material almost endlessly, as there are half a dozen colours I can change and obviously the thread size, pattern repetition and the faux hairs etc.

My problem is that when I merge a model with this material applied, it doesn't come in with the Controller nodes... they get lost somewhere, but then this sort of defeats the object of my configure-ability if I have to change 14 map parameters individually or mess around re-doing the controllers.

Is this me, Max or Corona - where are my controller nodes going? :P

It's 3ds Max. By default it hides additional parameters. To change that behaviour, go to SME>options>preferences and turn on show additional parameters.
I'm not Corona Team member. Everything i say, is my personal opinion only.
