Hi,

I am trying to place a light using 3Ds Max Snap but for some reason it does not work. Is this a Corona Bug or a 3Ds Max Bug?

Best,
George

You mean snap to grid? It should work, just the snapping cursor is not displayed before you press your left mouse button.

Hi,

It seems that snap to grid works but snap to point does not.

It works here, BUT:

- little yellow cross showing snap isn't visible
- light direction is inverted, pointing in the opposite direction than the one that should be used

I can show all this in a video capture if you guys need it.

Yes, a video showing the issue would be great.
I am moving this to feature requests, as technically I do not think this is a bug.

Hi Maru :)

Here you go then: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cFeqXdDub7

As you can see, snapping works only with Autogrid activated ... at least here on 3dsmax 2018.4.
Also, it would be much more convenient if the light was created poiting in the "right" direction, and not poiting inside the object we're snapping on.

Do you think these can be solved ?

Thanks in advance,

Regards.
