It looks like NANs. If you'd right click on one of those black dots in VFB, then you should see NAN, IND or something along those lines. I guess dev team would be very interested in your scene.

Currently it renders fine on our local farm but when we send to Amazon for rendering it has the black dots.

Those look like NANs indeed, and we would be interested in checking this.
