Hi,

I'm wondering what do I need to do in order to see the leaves of this tree as leaves...

I have my alpha channel on.

I'm using Corona for C4D.

Thanks in advance,

Martín

Oh my apologies.

I'm just starting with Corona and didn’t see the cinema 4d feed.

I shall write my question over there.

I'd use a Corona Material to do it - not all features of other materials will necessarily be supported.

Thanks, I tried using a Corona material but still no solution.

Here I send the settings I used for another material with opacity turned on...

Are my setting properly set?

It's working in the preview so all looks good :) You could enable clipping (won't be a "it works or it doesn't" but will speed up rendering). If it is not working in the scene, can you share what you are getting in the scene, along with screen grabs of the scene set up (or the scene itself). If applied to an object, is the object UV mapped properly?

Hi. Not a C4D user, but if this was Max I would ask if "material override" is activated?

No, it's not the override.

C4D natively chooses the alpha layer when a foliage map(with an alpha) is loaded in the alpha channel. This doesn't always work for other renderers. Sometimes you get terrible jagged edges or in this case, the alpha is not loaded and has to be extracted into a separate map.
But in Corona, there shouldn't be any problems, you just have to manually select the layer.

Many thanks everybody for the help. Much appreciated. Eddoron's fix fixed my issue. Now my tree is rendering perfectly.
