hi guys

For us it is another study case to improve textures and closeup shots and play with dof and blooms ,

after several attempts in some programs general problem limit resolution image..(more dedicated for games).
I already saw some artists use it and we take the doubt and we are happy with result
we found mari program the most appropriate in this case to texture.

3d max + corona render 1.7 and for texturing i used Mari.

I have seen some 3d artists using the program , its like combination with 3d + photoshop.

worth a try.

I'm affraid even to ask what resolution of the textures is. Good for a hero object, but imagine if you would need to fill a scene with tens or even hundreds of such detailed assets... :]

Nevertheless, looks very good.
I'm not Corona Team member. Everything i say, is my personal opinion only.

you right romullus

this work was done in learning mode with mari
some mistakes in the middle of the process.

in this work I think that I went by the most difficult way for a certain side was more to learn and see potentialities.

correct path would be in the middle , some procedural tex / seamless and some alphas ...  some agility in the process of the uvs helps a lot to :)
