Hello chaps,

I am rendering a quite big image (6500Pxl) using Max+FP and corona on 3 render nodes but everytime I get this error (please see attachement) and after a while it crashes. Can anyone tell me how avoid and fix this issue?

Thanks in advance

Dan

Maybe try this, and does you main system drive have enough space for virtual memory?

The error you are getting is because you are running out of ram. Applications are then expected to work extremely slowly, or even crash.
To solve this issue, you can either install more ram in your computer(s), or optimize your scene. Here are some hints: https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/12000023310

Thank you guys for the help, the scene is well optimized in terms of displacement, textures resolution, no render elements (and this is quite frustating because it means I need to render out more than once), all trees, grass, bushes are all proxies.

The main issue is FP, it seems not optimized well yet to work with Corona and viceversa. Once I turn off all my FP everything is really smoth, IR as well, but otherwise it's just extremly slow, slower than Vray. :/ Any plan to improve this in the near future?

Thanks a lot.

Sorry for the delay.
We are always interested in improving support between Corona and other plugins. Could you please contact us about this at support@corona-renderer.com with a good description of the issue, and an example scene? You can host your scene here: https://corona-renderer.com/upload Then remember to include the file name in your report.
Thanks in advance!
