export exr-cxr to photoshop userfriendly

Is it possible to have a simple and user-friedly way to export exr or cxr to photoshop?
we are encountering a lots of issues by saving cxr and exr and then opening exr in photoshop. most of the time the render elements are empty, it is a struggle...
