I am having trouble with corona for 3ds max. I cannot seem to find any corona tools such as Corona Sky or Corona Lights, however I do have corona material editor and I can use Corona as my render engine... It seems like not all functions have been included, is this because i have downloaded the trial?... I am quite confused. I purchased a scene to play around with learn about and when i render it with corona assigned, it renders only the direct lights and non of the outside Corona Sun... This makes me think that for some reason some of the functions of corona are not working on my machine... Is this common?

Thank you.

Hi,
Corona demo is not restricted in any way, other than the 45 days time limit. You can find Corona lights in command panel>create>lights>Corona and CoronaSky is a map, it can be found in material editor. To use CoronaSky in your scene, just drop that map either in the enviroment map slot (enviroment and effects dialog) or in the scene enviroment slot (render setup>scene>scene enviroment).

If your installation is corrupted indeed (but I somehow doubt it), you can try uninstalling Corona (normally, from the "Programs and Features" list in Windows), and then re-installing the newest version again: https://corona-renderer.com/download/
