That's why I don't even start this, it is hard and takes a shitton of work. You have a base, don't give up, keep trying and experimenting!

-the bump/normal map needs more details, and should be more subtle
-the hair is growing in clumps with hard edges, the transition between bald skin and hair should be more smooth
just for a start ;)
