I found the Material Preview noise look some more.Is there any way to clearer?

It's just a preview, it would take ages to render so many high quality thumbnails.

There will be probably some material editor preview settings in future. Maru is right that we need to keep material previews fast, but we can always fiddle with GI samples/AA samples ratio, and in current state, there might be more GI samples and less AA samples than required to achieve optimal quality balance ;)

There are times when I do not need to render will be able to see a clear preview of material.

adjustable quality for material editor is already implemented now
