Hi guys,
this is my latest "portfolio" project. This project started as presentation for the potential client but at the end was not used. Anyways I kept working on it since I liked the setup. Also I started to implement Substance painter and MegaScans into my workflow during process which kept me in focus to finish it. Both tools/products are fun to use and now I use them regularly in all my project. I could not decide with what kind of atmosphere/look should I go. At first I saved out  renders with vibrant colors and high local contrast. Since than I changed the whole post process couple of times. I finished with this renders with more subtle and de-sat colors and lifted dark tones. Let me know what do you think, I would appreciate to hear some opinions.

Nice renders, but i hate that lifted blacks trend, it always makes me want to clean my glasses...

I actually like the trend, but it's a bit too strong in this case.
Anyway, the works are great.

Thank you guys for your opinions. Yes, its a trend and yes I agree that it is little too strong in this visuals. In the first render it looks like there's a huge humidity in the room : ). Lifting shadows can be somehow a cheap trick but I like this outcome the best from other versions I had. Here is a version which I wanted to post in the first place, but I was looking at it far too long and I decided to change it and go with something more soft.

Great light, especialy in the first shot. Really like this. Good work, I really like that you took time to rotate the lamps.

Very nice.

Thank you. Rotated lamps are just a detail which has to be a standard these days, plus it is quite easy to do. More time took me to prepare all the other custom assets. Now it is quite visible that everybody is using same libraries [even I do]. To have your custom assets for the scene consumes lot of time but it adds a lot.
