Hi, after intalling the DB Corona_2017-09-20, everytime i update into a new version (as in the case of the RCs), when i try to open the Material library 3ds max crashes. I uninstalled and removed corona, removed the files in C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2016 - 64bit\ENU\en-US\plugcfg, and installed again the RC4, and still the same problem with material library.

Went back to the DB from 09-20 and everything worked fine again with the mat  lib. But still, can't use any of the RCs, it just crashes max when i try to use the Library.

Please how can i solve this?

Hi, can you upload a minidump (see my signature)?
Rendering is magic. How to get minidumps for crashed/frozen 3ds Max | Sorry for short replies, brief responses = more time to develop Corona ;)

Hi,
the crash is inside this file: ConvertToPDFShellExtension_x64.dll

I think you have installed something that injects itself into every application, including 3ds Max, and is causing the crash. There is no way for us to prevent it. Try uninstalling whatever this is and running corona again
