Creating fur and hair in c4d

Is there any possibility to make a fur or hair as a corona material in c4d?, if not how can I go around that missing feature?...thanks

There is currently no dedicated hair material in Corona for C4D. It has just arrived to the Max version, so it will probably take a while to port it over.
