Hey guys, I modeled a MacBook Pro and rendered it in Corona. Anyone can download it on my website for free :)

Let's move this to user contribution board, so more people could find your model later.

... A Dell XPS 15 laptop! for the windows lovers (or tollerators). Ive had clients tell me to replace all mac products with windows products before and its much harder to find decent windows laptops, mac models are quite popular, mainly because they always look good.

I dont know how anyone poly models to scale in C4D. Did you just eyeball it or scale in some plans?

Yeah, for visualization purposes, Mac products look much cleaner, so I'm sure that's why they're more popular. Yeah, honestly all I did was use references images I found on Google. Oh I did find a CAD model of a previous gen MacBook, but helped quite a bit as well. If there are enough references images for the Dell XPS laptop, I wouldn't mind modeling this either :)

Come to think of it, just in theory... can this be copyrighted by Apple?

IMHO not since every manufacturer is now basically just making visual clones of macbook pro (yes, my thinkpad is 7 years old and I will be probably stuck with it for few more years ;)). As long as there is no logo, it is probably fine

Hmm maybe I should get rid of the Apple logo and MacBook Pro text just to be safe...
What ya'll think?
