Hi,
Another question, do we have an option to get the same result as the Vray random selection tag?
For exemple i have a 3D parquet floor and it want to assign a different material on the floorboards randomly.

Because i don't use cinema 4D as renderer for a long time, without mograph, do we have another option to get some object with texture randomly placed ?

In 3ds Max version there is Corona Multimap which could be used for this, but we have to wait a bit more to have it in C4D.

You can use Variation texture for each piece.
Variation texture comes with C4D 17.

Thanks Lenogre,
I'm going to test this right now.
