Hi

(Firstly, re -Hair Particles. I am pleased to say that rendering quantities of hairs is no longer an issue for me, so many thanks  for all the help on that).

Is there somewhere I could get a bit of info on how to connect up the nodes (newbie here with, sadly, no understanding of programming).

For example, how do I connect up the Round Edges node?

I noticed in RENDERMAN for Blender that the ability to link to a 3DSMAX library has been made available. I think this would be great if the same thing could be done in Corona for us newbies  to get to grips with the basics of creating materials in Corona.

Thanks

Glad the hair worked out!

Doco that was used to create the nodes is here https://corona-renderer.com/wiki/standalone/mtl and https://corona-renderer.com/wiki/standalone/mtl-maps

Once all the features are done then documenting the exporter will be a priority.

I will see what render man does with the 3dsmax stuff I had thought it was a closed format so it would be interesting to see.

Can you provide a link or something for this?

Sorry for the delay in response. Here is the link.

I downloaded the preset scene then linked to it inside Blender.

Thanks Rac but that is just someone that has provided a material library based on one from Maya. It doesn't mention 3ds Max either?

Ah, yes. Sorry about the miss-information. I must have read it - a bit in a hurry - and just dived in to the library download!
