Any updates on how interactive rendering is coming for C4D version?

Hi mrittman,

Still working on it because we rewrote the Interactive Rendering from scratch and it is a lot of work (especially interconnection with materials). You can be sure it is the highest priority for us.

I am pretty sure everyone here really appreciates the effort :) I myself can't wait as I know you guys will do a tremendous job!

I do wonder though... As IR has apparently been relatively difficult to implement for V-Ray and some other renderers as well... Do you guys need to rewrite the IR in the Corona core or is this C4D specific?

Also, just out of curiosity, would you mind sharing what seems to be the main reason behind the rewrite?

this is C4D-specific, no blockers on our core side...

The responsivity of interactive rendering. The original solution was quite laggy sometimes.
