[Problem] Corona 1.6 DR node failed to send file back to the master.

Hi all. My company is using Corona 1.6 now and it's awesome until I got the problem with DrServer :(

Whenever the DR nodes start rendering, DrServer gets the error log : "Sending files from remote side failed", although the DrServer.exe is allowed by windows firewall setting.

The nodes keep render again and again but could not send any result back to master workstation, at the same time, on the master UI shows no passes from any nodes.

We didn't get this problem when render with Corona 1.5 DR.

Any solution for this issue? Please help me.

Hi, I am sorry for the late reply!

It is often hard to diagnose DR issues, but for now I would recommend:
-making sure that same version of Corona Renderer and DRserver is installed on all of the computers (1.6)
-sending us all the logs from the machines where the problem appears: https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/12000002065
-adding the DR server to exceptions list in the firewall again - just to make sure this is not an issue with the old version being allowed, instead of the new one
-checking if this is happening in any scene (even very simple one), or just in one specific scene
