Overall great image!
Only the spotlights in the ceiling are looking a bt odd.

Whenever I see these type of renders, I wonder how do you approach white balancing this type of scene...
I love those small sun spots, it's so nice.

I agree with belly, at first I thought those ceiling spotlights were actually light spots from some invisible lights. Also the carpet texture looks pretty lowres in 100% zoom.
