Looks good kingtour. A few things comes to mind:

The background on the first image looks odd. Very low resolution and I think your horizon line is too high and the sea's (I assume it's the sea) color feels too saturated.

The second image suffers from (in my opinion) a few burnt out areas (pure white). Maybe turn down the sun intensity, dont use pure white (255 value in materials) or be more careful in your post processing. You could also add a little more contrast.

Minor details on img #2:
  • Your lamps above the kitchen is floating a few centimeters below the ceiling (they cast a shadow on it
  • The door handle could be lowered 5-10cm I'm sure. 
  • Material on kitchen counter might have wrong mapping (if you are using a metal shader, or is it some weird pattern?)
  • Leather material on chair looks too reflective, almost plastic like.


I'm being picky, but this is the kind of feedback I hope to get when posting too ;)
