Every time I use the corona conversion script, I get this message: (--type error: getClassInstances requires MAXClass, got: undefined).Some material gets turn off and some I have to adjust there settings. Help!

Hi. It might be useful if you would give a bit more info about what materials you are trying to convert and what version of max, corona & and converter you are using + maybe a screenshot of the error txt.

Hello friends,
I use the converter program downloaded from Corona site on 3 different PCs.
While working properly on the other 2 pc is a problem and does not convert.
It gives the next error.
I could not fix it.
Do you have any ideas?
Max version : 2016
Corona version : 1.7
Corona Converter . 1.38 -1.40

You also posted in a thread where the solution was to install Vray (or other renderer from which you are converting). Let us know if this does not help you.

I'm having this same problem and I don't know what to do.
I've seen in the Autodesk Help that you could install Vray inside 3dsmax to solve this, but I don't know if it will turn MAX more heavy than normal using Corona and Vray together.
