Transforming vertices win7

Hi,
I have a problem with ,,transforming vertices,, =>down.
I read some other topic, but I didn't foud some good solution.
- I have scene with 20 000 000 poly.
- Max 2012
- Corona 1,5
- windows 7 64bit, Intel I7, 16gb RAM
I used corona material convertor, i disabled Avast and firewall.
Can you help me?
