Hi, I rendered the benchmark scene and as soon as its hits zero on the timer i get a 'corona has stopped working' error and then this

 ---------------------------
Corona 1.3 Benchmark Error
---------------------------
Could not run Corona 1.3 Benchmark: Application exited with errors.Visual C++ 2015 Update 1 Redistributable (x64) Failed (ErrorCode =1638)

(Press Ctrl + C to copy the message to clipboard.)
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

Any ideas why? The computer is really powerful so its not a ram issue.

Thanks
Jack

Does running it as admin avoid that issue?

Yes it does. My bad :) Looks like it might be time to invest in a couple of those 22 core xeons :D

I had the same problem testing a new refurb dual xeon which is how I knew to try running it as admin :) Refurbs are a nice way to get such a system at a good price (or building your own, lots of threads on that around purchasing used CPUs - didn't want to go that route this time, though I have built my own in the past).
