Hi,

I am fairly new to corona and so far I like it a lot.
But I get some very bad AA on the area lights and bright parts of HDRIs (see Image).
I searched with google and even this forum, but I can't find a solution.
I already tried increasing the GI/AA balance even tried with lower values, tried to increase Light samples multiplier but nothing works.

Hope you guys can help/advise.

Thanks TomG,

but his doesn't really help, because in corona for C4D alpha 5.1 there is no highlight clamping.
Rendering in double resolution is no option cause the final render needs to be at least 5000 pixels wide ad I don't have the time to render to 10.000 pixels.

Hi, have you tried lowering highlight compression, or scene exposure? (if possible)

I run into the same problem quite often.
Highlight kompression helps but doesn't fix the problem completly.
